The mission of the Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen Health and Rescue Foundation shall be to promote the welfare of the breed. This shall be accompished by promoting and funding research into the health, care, and breeding of purebred Petit Basset Griffon Vendeens as well as by promoting through educational means the proper care of the breed and providing funding for the rescue of purebred Petit Basset Griffon Vendeens if they should be neglected or abandoned.
